Art Therapy

In my art therapy practice, I use the creative process to help clients increase insight and judgment, cope better with stress, work through traumatic experiences, increase cognitive abilities, work towards better relationships with family and friends, and to just be able to enjoy the life-affirming pleasures of the creative experience. Clients soon discover that the art making itself can be a healing process and learn to reflect on their art products, which often communicate information relevant to their well-being.

In my current practice, I work with children, adolescents, and adults.
